OUR MENU

Just like a well-cooked steak, the restaurant boasts of masculine and old-world charm. It incorporates the same design elements of original locations in New York, such as a long, mahogany solid wood bar, wooden planked floors, wood wainscoting, alabaster chandeliers and mosaic tile ceiling reminiscent of the original Gustavino tile ceiling of the first location in New York.

Japanese wagyu a5

THE WORLD’s BEST MEAT

Japanese Wagyu A5 is considered the best beef meat one can eat! The special thing about the Japanese Wagyu cattle breed is that it has a large proportion of intramuscular fat (marbling) and this fat is additionally mainly composed of the healthy polyunsaturated fat. The meat is extremely tender and melts in your mouth!

Wagyu simply means Japanese beef and has the world's strictest classification system with 15 levels where the lowest level is C1 and the highest A5.  

The most famous region for this meat is Kobe.

We serve Japanese Wagyu A5 entrecôte.
